When you log into your DesiFormal.com or Holiparty.com organizer portal, your dashboard shows all your events, ticket sales, and attendee details in real time.

Each ticket has a unique QR code linked to the buyer's name and number of attendees. Use the built-in scanner to check guests in from your phone.

For group tickets, the system tracks individual check-ins. Once all guests on a ticket check in, it closes automatically to prevent misuse. You can reopen tickets manually if needed.

No internet at the venue? Export your full guest list before the event and check people in offline.
